''Castilleja kerryana'' is a species of flowering plant in the broomrape family. It was formally described in 2013 and so far it is known only from a small population in the state of Montana, in the Northwestern United States.〔Egger, J. M. 2013. (''Castilleja kerryana'' (Orobanchaceae): A new species from the Rocky Mountains of northern Montana. ) ''Phytoneuron'' 2013-21 1-14.〕 The first collection of this plant was tentatively identified as a specimen of ''Castilleja crista-galli'', and it is also similar to ''C. fraterna'' and ''C. pulchella''. It differs from the latter two in its color and in the shape of its stem and flower corolla. ==Distribution== This plant is known only from the Scapegoat Wilderness, in the Flathead Range of the Rocky Mountains in northern Montana. It has been found only in Cambrian limestone substrates. It grows in thin, rocky soils in krummholz and fellfield habitat. It occurs at 8,000 to 9,000 feet elevation.
